OP said the only no-gos were noncon, underage, and piss/scat/blood so honestly, the filler did not go against the request. Maybe put "trans headcanons" in that list of no-gos next time?

Since the beginning of kinkmemes, there has been an understanding that you don't just wildly throw in other kinks or headcanons that are unrelated to the prompt. For example, if someone asks for Victor/Yuuri rimming fic after a skating competition, they shouldn't need to specify that they also don't want both of them to be heavily pregnant. If they ask for a fic where one of them is heavily pregnant, adding in that they are lactating isn't too surprising.

If you are unsure how OP would feel, ask before you add in new elements.

Always ask the OP if you want to add a kink or your own headcanon to the fic, and don't let your feelings be hurt if they're not interested in them.

oh absolutely, as a filler I always ask before adding unspecified kinks, but on the other hand if someone says "anything but XYZ is good!" I won't ask, because they gave me blanket permission, was more my point!
